SWAT isn't on tonight but we know when it will return (March 22)

SWAT isn’t airing a new episode tonight, Friday, March 22. The good news is we know when the series will return.

Of course, there is a big question on the minds of everyone at the moment. It’s all about Luca. We left him bleeding out on the street at the end of the previous episode, and now we need to wait to find out the answer.

Instead of a new episode of SWAT tonight, we have the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. This is the big reason for so many CBS shows being off at the moment. The entire Friday night lineup is off tonight and for the next week after.

When will SWAT return with new episodes on CBS?

The new isn’t going to be on for a little while longer. The good new is that there is an end date in mind. SWATreturns on Friday, April 5. You’ll be able to watch at the usual time of 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.

This is going to tell us everything that happened to Luca. We need to see if he will survive or not. What we do know is that it is Luca’s last episode. Kenny Johnson was demoted to recurring guest star for the final season, although we have been promised a storyline that closes off the story. Hopefully, that doesn’t mean that it will include the character death.

While you wait for new episodes, there is some good news. It is possible to watch all previous seasons of the series. You can catch the first six seasons on Netflix and Paramount+, while the most recent season up to date is on Paramount+.
