5 things we would love to see in the 1000th episode of the NCISverse

The 1000th episode of the NCISverse will be here before we know it. Here are five things we would love to see.

“Unusual Suspects” – NCIS investigates the death of a ride-share driver who was found after a car accident. Also, Parker’s dad, who is temporarily living with him, assists the team in their investigation, on the 450th episode of the CBS Original series NCIS, Monday, Feb. 27 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+*. A connection to Hetty’s mission

Wouldn’t the 1000th episode of the NCISverse be a great time to discuss Hetty? NCIS: Los Angeles didn’t have time to really delve into what was going on there. We do know that a task force is out there looking for her and to get her out.

Considering this is the 1000th episode of the universe as a whole, it would be great for some sort of update or for the episode to be focused on this. Maybe they need the flagship team to help out, and Kensi is turning up with some information.

Gibbs or someone from early NCIS to come back

This series wouldn’t be what it is today without the OG team. Of course, there is one who cannot come back, and we had a beautiful tribute episode to that character. That episode did have an OG cameo with Michael Weatherly returning as DiNozzo, so I guess we don’t need to see him again, especially since we’ll have a spin-off with him anyway.

So, that leaves Gibbs or Abby. After all, Kate is dead in the NCIS world, although it would be great to see Sasha Alexander again. I think Gibbs is the one people would want the most. Maybe just popping up on the viewer to offer some words of wisdom?
