At the end of Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2, Episode 2, Voit whispered something to Luke that caused Luke to fly off the handle. We knew that it was something to do with Prentiss, and it didn’t take too long for us to learn everything at the start of Episode 3.

We knew that the comments had something to do with Prentiss. Voit knows that Prentiss knows something that she hasn’t told the BAU team members. Luke wasted no time in getting answers once Rebecca left Prentiss’s office.

What did Voit whisper to Luke in Criminal Minds: Evolution?

Luke shared that Voit whispered that there was a deepfake website on the dark web showing the Bau team members in some pornographic positions. Prentiss apparently knows all about the website, and she hasn’t told the team members.

Prentiss didn’t deny any of this. She told Luke that this website was around in 2014 and that it was removed once the FBI learned about it. However, it turns out that Voit now knows more about it and so do others.

These images in the wrong hands could be dangerous. Luke is naturally angry that he didn’t know any of this, because it means there could be photos of him out there. While Luke wasn’t part of the BAU at the time, he knows that the website has been updated.

Someone else knows about the website in Criminal Minds

Prentiss wasn’t the only one to learn about the website. JJ wanted to know what Luke was told, but Prentiss had ordered him not to say anything. It doesn’t take much for Luke to tell JJ about the website, though.

Well, JJ knew all about it as well. Before she became a profiler, she was the media liaison for the team, as fans know. That meant she knew about anything linked to media and websites, so she knew all about this site being around. She hadn’t seen any images, but she knew the site existed and that it had taken down.

JJ was under the impression that it was a thing of the past. She is a little uneasy that Voit and others know about it. However, she is on Prentiss’s side of keeping things from the team. That’s what a leader has to do at times.

JJ is taken aback when Luke shares more about the updated website at the end of the episode. Voit and his followers made JJ the focal point of their porn, and this is far more convincing AI than what it would have been back in 2014. Now JJ has to deal with some very convincing images on the dark web. Will that change her opinion of Prentiss keeping it from the team? At least Luke is giving her the choice of seeing what’s out there. There’s a link to the site in his report, and JJ can check it if she feels like she needs to.
