When will a new episode of Chicago PD air on NBC?

We’re used to TV shows taking a break, but we had hoped that wouldn’t happen this year. After all, we’re only just getting our favorite shows back, and the seasons are going to be shorter than normal. Well, Chicago PD is going on a break.

The good news is that this isn’t a long break. Chicago PD is taking off Wednesday, Feb. 14. When you consider the date, that shouldn’t be too surprising. It’s Valentine’s Day. Are people really going to stay in to watch the show when they want to spend a romantic night with their partner?

When will NBC air new episodes of Chicago PD again?

It’s only a one-week break. The promo for the new episode made it clear that Chicago PD Season 11, Episode 5 will air on Wednesday, Feb. 21. The other One Chicago shows will return on the same day.

There will be reruns on Valentine’s Day. You’ll also be able to watch the shows on Peacock as that’s where all previous episodes are.

What to expect in Chicago PD Season 11, Episode 5

Despite the break, NBC has brought us a promo and synopsis for the new episode. That’s great news for those wanting to see where the story is going.

After an episode focused on Torres, we get an episode focused on Atwater. He will take the lead in interviewing a witness after a jewelry store robbery. The witness says that she didn’t see anything, but the CCTV footage shows otherwise. She got a look at one of the attackers.

Is she an accomplice? That’s something Intelligence will need to figure out. This is going to shake Atwater’s confidence for some reason, but it doesn’t make sense why that would be at first glance.
