Nolan and Bailey get married in The Rookie Season 6, Episode 2 (Preview)

The time has come for Nolan and Bailey to get married. Of course, this is The Rookie, and weddings never seem to go off without a hitch in this series.

Just look at how Lopez’s wedding went! That was a huge international situation that led to the death of an OG character. While we don’t see that happening again this time, it’s not a wedding that will go smoothly.

There is one couple we’re worried about though. It’s all about Tim and Lucy.

The promo gives us a look at what to expect. One thing looks certain: Nolan and Bailey will get married. However, the wedding itself is not going to go as planned.

It starts with Bailey’s wedding ring going missing. It turns out that it’s been stolen. Lucy and Tim are willing to let the guy just walk away with his freedom in exchange for the ring, by the looks of things. However, this guy is not going to give up what he’s taken, and that leads to a fight.

There’s something even bigger going on, though. Who is it that flies out of the window?

The Rookie 6x02 synopsis

Now for the synopsis. Of course, there is a focus on the wedding, but that’s not the part that stands out for us. Lucy and Tim’s relationship is put to the test. That’s all the synopsis tells us. What does that mean? Are they going to face their first big argument? That makes sense. All couples fight, but it’s getting through that first one that really sets things up for the future.

Meanwhile, Juarez finds that there’s a discrepancy in her case. This leads to a new discovery, which could help or hinder considerably.
