It’s looks like Wes is going to get more to do than just bonding with his granddaughter in Sheriff Country season 1 episode 6. This murder seems personal.
The sixth hour is set to bring an exit storyline for Boone, but what’s the betting that we don’t get that? Mickey wants him to stay, and he wants to stay as well. Had something been said sooner, he wouldn’t have even looked at the job in Oakland, but here we are, with a sudden reveal that he has a wife back home.
The two will need to work together closely, though, as they’re dealing with a homicide in their small town. On top of that, someone seems to be threatened.
What time is Sheriff Country season 1 episode 6 on CBS?
The new episode is set to air at the usual time of 8 p.m. ET/PT on Friday, Nov. 21. This is the last episode for a couple of weeks, as the show will take a week off on Friday, Nov. 28 due to the Thanksgiving long weekend. There are still some episodes to come after Thanksgiving, though, so it’s not a sudden fall finale like so many other shows have brought us!

What to expect in Sheriff Country season 1 episode 6
The latest hour is going to focus on a murder by the river, and this seems personal for Wes. He will stop at nothing to get answers, but this could put him and Mickey at risk. Mickey is already struggling to get the town to accept her as sheriff. One minute they love her, and the next minute, they suspect that she’s just like her dad.
When a body is discovered along the Eel River, Sheriff Mickey Fox and her team launch a homicide investigation that rattles the heart of Edgewater; Wes risks everything to uncover the truth about the murder.
Well, she’ll want to work closely with Boone, as someone else is getting threats. “Time to Sell” is written everywhere on the house, and this hints that the murder was a way to drive someone out of town. Look, I have neighbors that I really don’t like, but I wouldn’t do something like that!
Mickey is going to struggle again with the town, though. She tells Boone that she’s a good sheriff, and it really is time for people to give her a chance. To be honest, this comes up every single episode, and it’s time to retire it already! They accepted her in the first hour, so let’s run with that!
