What to expect on Sheriff Country season 1 episode 8
The new episode will see a problem for the legal cannabis growers, as thieves take hundreds of thousands of dollars that was meant to be their taxes. As the money is paid in cash, it’s much harder to track it, especially if it’s not fully protected by the person they’re paying it to. This leads to a weakness in the legal operations of cannabis growers, and Wes isn’t having any of that.
As cannabis growers in Edgewater scramble to pay their taxes in cash, a violent robbery leaves a man in critical condition and exposes the vulnerability of the legal cannabis trade; Mickey navigates a tense meal with her stepsister.
Meanwhile, Sharon will be around, and it leads to a tense dinner with Mickey. What have they got to be tense about? The two have been on great terms since Mickey accepted that she wasn’t the superior mom after having to admit about her daughter’s drug problems. Is it possible that Sharon is supporting Wes in protecting the cannabis business via any means necessary? That’s the only think that could make sense.
As all that goes on, Boone and Nora will end up helping at the scene of an accident. This could be linked to the situation with the robbery, but it’s not all that clear. All that we know is that the robbery ends up with a man in critical care, and there’s certainly someone who could fit that bill in the images for the episode.
