Robyn needs to protect a hacker in The Equalizer season 5, episode 4 (Preview)
Robyn and the team never really have it easy, but The Equalizer season 5, episode 4 really is putting the pressure on them. Take a look at what to expect.
The show is coming off its first break in the season. Let’s not focus on the negative, though. We get a new episode on Sunday, Nov. 17, and we’ll get to see Dante and Robyn share some real screentime.
Yes, Dante is back in New York. It’s potentially not for long, but it’s something. He’s in New York to visit his dad, and we get to see Robyn support him at the hospital. Their relationship has had such an amazing growth, and I’m ready for this!
A hacker who doesn’t want to do bad in The Equalizer season 5, episode 4
What about the case, though? This is one that could affect the entire country. Harry points out in the promo that this hack could wipe out all of America’s defense systems. It makes the country wide open to an attack, and they need to figure something out fast.
Well, the hacker isn’t the one who wants to do bad things. He’s being forced to by the real culprits, and we can see that he’s trying to work with Robyn and her team to save the day. The problem is that the cops would always look at the hacker as the bad guy and not care about what else is going on. Robyn is great at seeing through the initial fog of the case.
Will she be able to help the young hacker use his skills to help people? I suspect she’ll find a way. Maybe even Harry could take the kid under his wing.
We also find out in the synopsis that Mel has a breakthrough in therapy. We’ll have to see what this means for her moving forward, but it’s going to be great to have more development for her character.
Check out the promo and synopsis for The Equalizer season 5, episode 4:
"The team races to rescue a young hacker being forced to hack for criminals; Dante is back in town to visit his father; Mel makes a breakthrough in therapy."
