Deadline has the latest information from sources, although the show itself and HBO have declined to comment. Of course, this has opened up speculation about the hotel that will be used, and it looks like a location in the French Riviera is in store.

Many speculated that the series would head to a cooler climate for the fourth season. There was also talk of somewhere like Spain, France, or somewhere similar, and one of those locations is right. It looks like The White Lotus season 4 will also be known as Le Lotus Blanc, as it heads to France.
As Deadline also points out, HBO and Four Seasons have partnered for this series, and France has the perfect location for filming and for a mystery filled with drama. Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat has ties to Hollywood due to its proximity to Cannes.
However, this hasn’t been confirmed yet. Neither has the specific country.
Which other hotels in France could be used?
There are two other French hotels that could end up being locations. The first is Megève, which is in the French Alps, and this could be good for an even cooler climate. It could even potentially end up being a more winter-themed episode if timed right due to the skiing there.
Another options is Hotel George V, but that one is located in Paris. It’s highly unlikely that that one will be used for the main hotel, but it could be great for some internal shots if necessary. The Thailand season did use multiple different hotels in the end to get the best experience.
One thing that Mike White has said about The White Lotus season 4 is that he wanted to take a step away from the crashing waves, which has been a huge focus for three seasons so far. All three hotels are out of the way of beaches, helping to achieve that, but maybe Megève is a great alternate setting from the previous three seasons.
So far, The White Lotus has been set in Hawaii, Italy, and Thailand. Each hotel offers a look and feel of prestige, and so, we’re sure that whatever the location is for the fourth season, that same look will be achieved.
