At the end of season 6, there was a prison breakout. Well, Oscar is still at large, and we knew that it all had to come back to him eventually. That’s happen, as Nolan and Harper go on the hunt for their formidable foe. Meanwhile, there’s a promise of some Chenford scenes!

Hunting down Oscar in The Rookie season 7 finale
When the season started, there was a focus on hunting down the escaped prisoners. Well, neither of them were found, but Jason came up later in the season to cause problems for Nolan and Bailey. Now it’s time for the second of the two prisoners to cause an issue.
The hunt is on for Oscar, with Nolan sure that the man is in Las Vegas. He and Harper are taking on the case, but it’s going to take a turn for the worse. In the promo, we see Oscar is watching Nolan as well, and he manages to taser Nolan while at a vending machine, suggesting that Nolan will end up with his life on the line once more.
Meanwhile, we get some Chenford talk in the promo. Bradford is trying to give Lucy a bit of space considering he was the one who broke her heart last time. Now that they’re potentially back together, he wants to make sure that Lucy is okay with everything, but he’s leaving the responses a little too long. Angela makes it clear that he needs to act now if he wants to win her back, and we’re all rooting for Chenford in The Rookie season 8.
Speaking of Angela, though, she has a case of her own. She needs to handle a bank robbery case, which seems on the easy side for her. What’s really going on?
