We’re close to the end of another season. After taking a week off, Law & Order is back with a new episode tonight, and of course, eyes are on if any more breaks are coming. To determine that, we need to know when the Law & Order season 24 finale will air.
The latest episode is Law & Order season 24, episode 20. That means there are just three episodes left to the season including the one airing tonight, Thursday, May 1. With that comes the news that there will be no more breaks.
Law & Order season 24 finale will air in two weeks
There isn’t long left to wait to see how the current season will come to an end. Law & Order season 24 will air its finale on Thursday, May 15. That’s in two weeks. And yes, it will air at the usual time of 8/7c.
This is the night for all three Thursday night shows to end. It’s around the usual time of the year for Thursday shows, so we’re not all that surprised. At least we get a run of three episodes!
What to expect as Law & Order returns tonight, Thursday, May 1
Before we get into the finale, we need to get ready for tonight’s all-new episode. Riley and Shaw are back together as a team, trying to figure out who killed a car mechanic executioner-style. Yes, with this sort of death, they’re sure that the car mechanic’s business was a front for something, and it makes the case much trickier to figure out.
On top of that, there are 13 bodies that are pulled out of a river. It’s going to be all hands on deck to get justice for those people — well, they need to figure out who the people are first.
Take a look at the promo and synopsis for Law & Order season 24, episode 20:
"When a car mechanic is murdered execution-style, Shaw and Riley suspect his job was a cover for more sinister talents; as the trail gets underway for the arrested suspect, Baxter, Price and Maroun are faced with who should answer for the crime."
Law & Order airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on NBC.
