SWAT Season 3, Episode 6 saw Luca attempt to get his food truck business off the ground. What exactly was the snag that he got into?

Minor spoilers for SWAT Season 3, Episode 6 in this post.

For the whole of SWAT Season 3, Luca has been focused on a side business. He wanted to get a food truck business off the ground, a business that almost the entire team has invested in. He hit a snag during Episode 6, but was he able to get over it?

More from SWAT News

While most of the episode was focused on the case of the week, we got plenty of comedic relief through Luca and his food truck business. It all started when he picked up a food truck at a low cost. That would have been great, had it not come from the SWAT impound. It was just as filthy as you would expect, and it almost looked burned out on the inside from all the meth that had been cooked in there—that’s why it was in the impound.

That wasn’t a serious situation. Luca had a way around that and arranged for it to be cleaned. Great, right? Well, apart from a bullet casing was found under the front seat and blood all over the countertop. Someone had been murdered in the food truck.

This was the big issue. Luca’s cook, who he needs to make this business a success, is not going to work in a murder truck. Luca either had to buy a new truck or find a new cook. And he couldn’t afford to do either.

Great! Now what was he supposed to do?

Most people would look for a way to buy a new truck, right? Wouldn’t that be the best option? Not in Luca’s mind. He went for a far more inventive option. Rather than spend a lot of money on a new truck, he spent a little money on a priest to bless the current truck.

It was just what he needed. The food truck business is off the ground and here’s hoping it will be a success!
