The NCIS team has an odd case. Was the apparent suicide of an elite Navy band member actually a murder? Here’s what to expect in NCIS Season 17, Episode 8.

We’re heading into another weird case for the team in NCIS Season 17, Episode 8. Is it murder or suicide? Here’s a look at what to expect in the Nov. 19 episode.

The team has certainly had its fair share of odd cases this season. We’ve seen them use live streaming to their advantage, while also figuring out whether someone could have been hypnotized to kill. Now it’s time to figure out what’s going on with a case involving a member of the elite Navy band.

On the surface, it looks like a suicide. The guy opens the back door of the van and jumps from it while it’s moving. That leads to him going into the windshield of the vehicle behind. However, the team is called in, and Jimmy is sure that this isn’t a suicide. What makes him believe that?

It is certainly going to be an intriguing case, for us as well as the team. How do you decide someone jumping from a van isn’t a suicide? It’s not like he was pushed. Or was he? Is the band holding back some big secret?

The promo and synopsis certainly don’t give us too much to work with when it comes to the episode. It suggests there’s a major twist that CBS wants to keep a surprise, and I respect the network for that if that’s the case.
