Tuesday nights are kicking off with NCIS once more. This time, we’re going Down Under. Here’s how to check out NCIS: Sydney live tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 14.

We are more than ready to get some new scripted content. The strike has caused a delayed, but it does mean that we get the new episodes of a new NCIS series. This time, we’re heading to Australia, where two countries will need to work together.

We often see two teams struggling to work together. Look at how NCIS and the FBI like to fight for jurisdiction. What happens when it’s two teams from different countries? In the NCIS: Sydney series premiere, we’ll get to see the American NCIS team meet with the Australian Federal Police team. Neither will want to give up jurisdiction, but they will need to learn how to work together.

What to expect in the NCIS: Sydney series premiere

Of course, this episode is all about introducing us to the characters. The best way to do that is to throw us straight into a case. It has to be something that would pull the Americans in.

During a ceremony on Sydney Harbour, an American seaman is found dead on a U.S. nuclear submarine. The NCIS agents will be called in to work the case, but that doesn’t mean the Australian Federal Police will want to give it up. It is the AFP’s harbor after all.

This is going to be a great chance to show that this series will work in other parts of the world. We’ve seen that the FBI can travel with Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders and FBI: International, so it makes sense that the NCIS teams would be able to travel too.

Check out the promo and synopsis for NCIS: Sydney:

"The death of an American seaman on a U.S. nuclear submarine during a ceremony on Sydney Harbour is investigated in a joint effort between America’s NCIS agents afloat and the Australian Federal Police."
