NCIS Season 17 has focused a lot on modern technology. Thought that would be different for the next episode? Think again. Here’s the Episode 9 synopsis.
There has been a lot of focus on strange cases and current technology. One of the latest involved a string of motels being live-streamed for people to watch. Well, live streaming comes up again in NCIS Season 17, Episode 9.
This time, someone’s murder is live-streamed. That should help the team figure more out, right? Well, I doubt it will. After all, the source of the live streaming will need to be located, and that is easier said than done. With the likes of Kasie and McGee around, though, it should be a little easier than most shows would make it out to be.

Of course, there’s a chance that there could be more murders. The team will need to get into a popular gaming app to figure out who watched the murder and why. What was the motive in all this?

And if that is the only storyline. There’s more focus on Gibbs. He’s going to take on a bit of babysitting when his neighbor has to leave on a business trip and he agrees to look after Phineas. Seeing Gibbs and Phineas together has been so sweet in the recent episodes. We’ve had a chance to see him be the father he was never able to be for his daughter.
My worry is that something’s going to happen to Phineas. Will an enemy of Gibbs find out that he’s gained a connection with the neighbors and put them at risk? I sincerely hope not!
