Every now and then, a TV show will do an alternate reality episode. This is very common with shows that involve magic, ghosts, and other supernatural elements. It’s not surprising to see that Nancy Drew Season 1, Episode 13 features the alternate reality episode, and you don’t want to miss out on it live.
At the end of the last episode, we saw Nancy trapped in the room in the East Wing of the psychiatric hospital. She’d been led there by a guard, who happened to be one of the patients. This patient was sure there were ghosts, and it turns out that he was right. Naturally, Nancy had to go in to investigate, but she was smart by telling Nick and George to give her 10 minutes only.

So, the good news is that Nancy will be found. The question is whether anyone can save her. Her body may be in this current world, but her mind is in an alternate one; one where her mother is still alive. It’s not going to be all that surprising if it turns out she doesn’t want to leave the world where her mother still exists, even if her bedroom is covered in cockroaches (anyone else squirm at the thought?).
The Drew Crew isn’t just going to let her die, though. They want and need her back for all sorts of reasons. She is the one that brought them all together, after all. And so, they’re going to do everything they can to save her.
