Pride is suffering with some internal feelings on NCIS: New Orleans. It’s time for him to lean on the team. They could help work out the root of the dreams.

While we didn’t get too much involving the Man in the Red Suit in NCIS: New Orleans, we got to see Pride get his hands on him. However, the man disappeared, leaving Pride all the more confused and concerned.

One of the ongoing things throughout Season 6 has been Pride keeping as much of his dreams to himself. He’s turned to Loretta a couple of times, but he hasn’t told her everything. Now, Patton has noticed there’s a problem, but Pride is still trying to avoid talking to the team.

It’s time for him to lean on the team. Pride doesn’t need to deal with the dreams on his own.

NCIS: New Orleans has always done well in adding some of the supernatural to the story. It brings an essence of New Orleans’ history to the story while adding the supernatural elements in a natural way. After all, we all have dreams that we can’t always work out, right? Whether we’ve been children or our brains have had to work out problems we’re facing in adulthood, we have moments that stay with us afterward that instill some fear.

The dreams are starting to get to Pride. While he still manages to keep most of his head in the game, he’s going to struggle to do that if he doesn’t start opening up. It’s time to get to the bottom of the reason for the dreams.

Pride is the team leader

There is one big reason Pride won’t turn to the team. He’s the leader, and a leader doesn’t necessarily turn to his subordinates. After all, we don’t see Gibbs turn to his team members when he has a problem on NCIS. He usually turns to Jack, Vance, or Ducky instead.

This is why Pride turns to Loretta. She is someone on a similar level to him within the workplace. He can also talk to her as a friend in a way that he can’t with the rest of the team.

Others turn to Pride for advice and help. It can change the balance if Pride turns to them.

“Convicted” – After Eddie Barrett (Eddie Cahill) provides an alibi witness, Pride and the team are more determined than ever to find a break in the case and avenge Lasalle’s murder, on “NCIS: NEW ORLEANS,” Tuesday, Nov. 26 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. He needs to trust them

However, while he is a leader, Pride is also friendly with the team. That’s something that makes NCIS: New Orleans work so well. We know there’s a hierarchy, but there is a personal element to the characters throughout the series.

If he doesn’t lean on them when he needs support, it can damage that friendship. The team can feel like they’re not as trustworthy or as needed as they would initially think. The relationships are all one-sided, and it can lead to some questions of trust and friendship later. Of course, they’ll know that Pride wants to be a leader, but they also need a leader who is willing to admit problems every now and then.

When it comes to the Man in the Red Suit, it’s clear that everything is linked to guilt. This man has shown up in dreams when Pride is suffering from previous cases, and the latest has involved his decision to kill Barrett instead of sending him to jail. The team could help him work through these feelings and figure out who the Man in the Red Suit is.
