Aptly titled “Man in the Red Suit,” this episode sees Pride take some time off work. He’s going to see a sleep specialist to undergo treatment that will hopefully help him figure out who the man in the red suit is. This is a man who has haunted him since the beginning of the season.

Recently, Pride got his hands on the man, only for the man to disappear. However, Pride knows that this is someone he knows. Now he needs help remembering who it is.
Meanwhile, the team will need to welcome a new team member. Like many of us, they’re not quite ready for a new person to join the team, but it’s only a matter of time before they’re overworked. And the team can’t keep Lasalle’s place empty forever. However, the newbie could do a better job of introducing himself to the group.
The team will meet Special Agent Quentin Carter (Charles Michael Davis) in the office. As they get into work, Carter is already there making some bad coffee with 2% milk instead of whole milk. Yep, already off the wrong foot. It’s not his fault that he’s not from the area, but he could be a little nicer.
One thing Davis does is bring sass and cockiness to his characters. He’s brilliant at playing characters that know they’re good at what they do. That cockiness rubs people the wrong way at first, but we can fall in love with the characters later on in many cases.
