The first episode sees Gregorio tasked with protecting a research-obsessed woman. This woman’s father was killed in their own home, and now she needs to figure out who did it. The problem is that it sounds like it’s putting her at risk.

While that happens, the team will need to figure out the motive for killing the father. With the motive, there’s a chance the team can find the killer.
In the second hour, Lasalle tries to get a woman out of jail. Wait, what? Someone who pretends to be Lasalle gets a woman out of jail. Naturally, the team is going to work together to figure out who the imposter is. They also need to figure out who the woman being broken out of jail is so they can get everyone where they should be.
This latter episode is likely going to be one to either make-it-or-break-it for Special Agent Quentin Carter. He currently doesn’t want to be part of a family. It’s clear that he’s struggling with something from the past and his arrogant attitude is a defense so he doesn’t get too close to people, but seeing the team come together over the Lasalle imposter may help him realize there’s people there he wants to be a family with.
