Sam has his work cut out for him on NCIS: LA Season 11, Episode 19. Here’s a look at the synopsis to see what to expect in the Mar. 29 episode.

There’s a lot going on for Sam during “Fortune Favors the Brave.” One of those things is dealing with a murder investigation. An Iranian has turned up dead and it’s up to Sam to lead the way on that case.

However, there’s a more timely situation to deal with. During the episode, a new agent triggers a bomb in a car. It’s probably best not to kill a recruit on his first day. The problem for Sam is that he needs to figure out how to save this new recruit.

If you watch the promo, you’ll see that it’s not going to be easy. The car is going to explode at some point and Sam is going to have to MacGyver a solution. Will it be in enough time to save the recruit?

While all that goes on, Nell has a big decision to make. Her future is in limbo right now depending on the decision she makes.

Does this mean Nell is going to leave the team? Is Renee Felice Smith leaving the series? We don’t have an answer, but these types of storylines aren’t all that uncommon. Last year, she had a similar storyline and we’ve seen it with Linda Hunt’s Hetty countless of times. Even the main characters have had opportunities to move on in the past, but they’ve said no.

This could be just one of those situations. Or Nell could be ready to leave the team for somewhere else. We’ll find out on Sunday.
