The first option drops on Amazon Prime Video at the end of the week. The third season of popular crime drama Absentia is available, and you’ll certainly want to binge-watch on Friday. It picks up off the back of the previous seasons, with Emily Byrne just days away from completing her FBI suspension.

The first two seasons are available to stream right now. If you missed them or you need to rewatch, there’s plenty of time this week.

The Secrets She Keeps

Next up is a new series coming to Sundance Now. With Liar Season 2 at an end, there’s a place in the schedule. The Australian crime thriller The Secrets She Keeps is the one to do so. It has a weekly release like many other Sundance Now Originals.

Laura Carmichael and Jessica De Gouw star as two pregnant women. They both come from different lifestyles but strike up an unlikely friendship. What happens when the secrets the women hold threaten to ruin each other?

See No Evil

For those who prefer true crime, you’ll want to turn your attention to ID. See No Evil Season 6, Episode 17 airs this week. It’s a story about a 14-year-old who vanished on her way to school without a trace.

Parents and investigators had no idea where she went. There’s a little hope when there’s surveillance footage, but will it be enough? With how cold it gets, it’s a race against time not just against who may have taken her but against the elements.

The episode airs at 9/8c on ID on Wednesday, July 15.

Dirty John Season 2 finale

In the penultimate episode, we caught up with the facts we learned in the second episode (in from life). Betty killed Linda and Dan. Now it’s time for the murder trial to fully take place.

We’ve already seen some elements of this part play out. It’s time to see Betty’s testimony and learn what happened to her in the Dirty John Season 2 finale. We’ll also likely see how her children were affected.

Dirty John Dirty Truth

Want to know the real story behind the first Dirty John season? You can watch Dirty John, Dirty Truth on Oxygen. The 2019 documentary explores con man John Meehan’s past, filled with manipulation and lies. We also see the trail that led to Debra Newell’s dangerous end.

Throughout the movie, we hear from former girlfriends and the law enforcement officers involved. Many of these interviews were people speaking out for the first time, bringing to light the truth about the man.

The movie airs on Wednesday at 8/7c on Oxygen.
