NCIS: LA stars team up to bring dance competition to CBS
Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J will bring a dance competition as well as NCIS: LA
While Callen and Sam continue to battle the bad guys on NCIS: LA, Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J are bringing viewers some reality TV. The two are teaming up to bring a dance competition to CBS.
Deadline shared the news, sharing that the two NCIS: LA leads are executive producers on the series. It doesn’t say if they’re also going to host it, but it is possible. LL Cool J already hosts Lip Sync Battle, and it would be awesome to see the two actors out of character and teaming up together.
The new series will be called Come Dance With Me, and will be a version of the UK series Got to Dance. What do we know so far?
What is Come Dance With Me all about?
This is a chance for young dancers from around the country to invite an untrained family member or another adult who has inspired them to be their dance partner. Together, they will attempt to win the grand prize.

It’s a family show that brings a lot of heart to dance. These talented young dancers share their skills in a way they’ve never been able to before. They get the chance to say thank you to their moms, dads, grandparents, and even the big sisters or brothers who may have inspired and supported them.
The dancers will work with choreographers to bring a routine and teach it to the unskilled members of their duo.
On top of that, it’s a chance for parents to continue their support. No parent wants to let their kids down. O’Donnell and LL Cool J know that and have wondered what it would be like for them to learn how to dance. There is certainly plenty of entertainment mixed in with the heart.
What does it mean for NCIS: LA?
Don’t worry too much about the future of your favorite TV crime drama. NCIS: LA will continue as normal.
The show has grown its cast considerably in recent years. It’s affording the two leads to take a step back now and then. Some episodes barely involved the two of them, but they’re a permanent part of the series. The two have recently signed on for another year.
The reality show can be done around filming for NCIS: LA. Since filming for the crime drama is done in LA, it shouldn’t be hard to get to a studio space to film Come Dance With Me.
It’s not like LL Cool J doesn’t have experience in juggling multiple projects at the same time.
