Malcolm faces his past traumas

We know Malcolm had a traumatic past. Who wouldn’t with a serial killer for a father? However, it only got worse from that point.

You see, kids are mean. Really mean. Instead of accepting that Malcolm isn’t his father, Malcolm was bullied because of what his father did. We’re going to see some of what that bullying was like, which involves being trapped in some sort of dark space for three days.

I have a feeling he’s not angry at the students. This is aimed at the teachers, and possibly the headmaster, who is the one who has been killed.

Martin may escape Claremont

Prodigal Son Season 2, Episode 2 set the seeds for a storyline in this upcoming episode. It’s all about Martin.

He’s going to attend the Bible study, which is all about Exodus. Martin knows that it was code for exit. That’s what we’ll get to see on Prodigal Son Season 2, Episode 3. And it looks like Martin manages to get back home.

Is he really home or is it all in his imagination?

Malcolm knows these students could be evil

Back at the school, Gil is sure that the students aren’t capable of killing a teacher. He doesn’t know boarding school brats (and I was one). He has no idea what type of students can attend boarding schools.

Malcolm knows that the students are hiding something. The question is whether the students were getting revenge against the headmaster or whether they’re evil and psychotic.

JT is focused on personal matters

It looks like JT isn’t part of the case on Prodigal Son Season 2, Episode 3. After everything that happened in the premiere and then his call for backup being left unanswered, JT is considering what to do next. It looks like a good cop is going to be scared off the force.

We can’t have that, but the third episode isn’t going to focus too much on that part of his story. He’s getting ready for the arrival of his children. Will it give him a little nudge in the right direction in what to do next?

Jessica may ask Gil to come back

At the end of the previous episode, Jessica told Gil that it was over. Gil didn’t fight too much to stay, but it’s clear he’s hurt. He also regrets the words she overheard.

Well, Gil isn’t the only one with regrets. Jessica has regrets. She may end up asking Gil to come back during the episode.

I don’t think she will have that chance though, especially if Martin does get back home!
