Mumford returns to investigate a 15-year-old cold case on SWAT Season 4, Episode 11. Don’t miss a beat of the all-new episode live.

Every now and then, a cold case will come up. Usually, it’s when there’s a new piece of evidence found or a case that is very similar that crops up. In this episode, the cold case has a personal connection to Mumford, which leads to him returning to the show to follow leads where possible.

Mumford has been around for a while, with his first appearance back in the pilot episode. However, he hasn’t been seen much since he retired from SWAT. Following a shooting, he retired to avoid an incident like Buck faced back in the pilot episode. His return may have Hondo thinking about his own actions again after Ericka’s death.

However, Mumford isn’t here to speak to Hondo about Ericka’s death. He’s around for the cold case, which is going to lead to the discovery of a drug ring.

Hondo is still leery of Leroy on SWAT Season 4, Episode 11

Since Leroy’s parole, we’ve seen little of Darryl on the series. However, Hondo is still going to keep an eye on this boy he has helped raise for a few years. He wants the best for Darryl’s future.

So, when the two show up again in this episode, it’s going to have Hondo’s spidey-senses tingling Leroy is raising funds for a business venture. This should be a good thing, especially since Darryl is getting involved. However, Hondo doesn’t think something is right.

What is the business venture? That’s not something we know just yet. It’s something to keep an eye on, though. It could end up with Leroy heading back to prison, but it could also end up with Darryl getting into a lot of legal trouble.
