The big case of the week involves a terminally ill inmate. He decides to escape from the hospital with a mind for revenge. What else would a terminally ill inmate do? It’s not like death by cop is really going to affect him. He has little time left.

However, SWAT isn’t going to want to allow anything like this to happen. The team works together to protect the targets, but it means something on the more personal side for Hicks.

Hicks needs to team up with a longtime rival of his. Of course, there’s going to be a sense of competition between the two as they get to the bottom of the case.

While all this goes on, the personal storyline is going to be focused on Nichelle and Hondo again. Nichelle gets some sort of big news. It’s a life-changing event, and we learn that it’s going to affect her and Hondo’s relationship.

In what way? We’re seeing Hondo the happiest he’s ever been in a relationship. He has been ready to support her in everything that she wants, so are the writers really going to split the couple up?

The last we really heard from Nichelle, she had decided to adopt a baby. This was something she put in the works long before Hondo and nothing came from it up to the point of starting her relationship with him. So, she decided not to bring it up. When something came about, she had to tell him and Hondo was willing to stand by her in her decision.

Is this the time a baby comes into the picture? What will it mean for Hondo and Nichelle?
