True Lies is hitting with a new episode this week that promises some fun with a special guest star in a wild role. Here’s all you need to watch it live.

The adaptation of the James Cameron movie has been doing well as Harry and Helen Tasker are now getting into the groove of working together as secret agents. The last episode had them going undercover as billionaires to hunt a wanted terrorist.

That led Helen to reflect on living it up in a swank hotel while the family had trouble paying the bills for the house plumbing. Harry was convinced to talk Omega Sector into helping provide a bit more for the family.

It also developed that teammates Luther (Mike O’Gorman) and Maria (Erica Hernandez) had once dated but called it off. They did face some old feelings on the case even as they decided to keep it professional.

The show now has a notable guest star helping out in a fun case to give Helen an unlikely friend.

Check out a preview and synopsis for True Lies Season 1 Episode 4

“Rival Companions” guest-stars Matthew Lillard (Good Girls) as the Wolf, a contract assassin who’s worked with Omega Sector before. Harry is not a fan of the guy due to how unstable he is and not happy about working with him. He’s even less happy that Helen actually gets friendly with the Wolf, not grasping how dangerous he is.

Speaking to TV Insider, Ginger Gonzaga talked about the episode and how it shows a new side to Helen.

"“It was fun for me to play because Helen’s just like, ‘oh, I could really use a friend.’ But she also slowly kind of finds out what this person’s about and starts making different moral like, ‘huh, that’s interesting. I love that in this episode, [Harry] is the only one who is correct that we should be worried about someone who’s a little off, but he just looks jealous and annoyed. So no one gives him the time of day. And it’s fun to watch him have to overcompensate so that he doesn’t look like he’s jealous. He’s just trying to speak the truth.”"

The promo shows a fun episode as Lillard may be able to spark True Lies even more with its fun mix of action and humor.

"“When an international catastrophe occurs on live TV, the Omega Sector team must seek out help from The Wolf, a merciless contract assassin.”"
