When is the Accused Season 1 finale on FOX?
The anthology series Accused certainly makes us question what we know and believe when people go on trial. When will the Accused Season 1 finale air on FOX?
FOX is the latest network to announce finale dates, and the Accused Season 1 finale is one of those on the list. The great news is we know this isn’t going to be the final season. FOX has already announced that there will be a second season of stories.
The show has certainly made a big impression in the crime drama landscape. It makes it clear that not everything is as it sounds. People have stories; they have reasons for doing the things they do. They’re not always the right reasons or the right actions, but there are reasons. There are also cases of people being framed for crimes, or cases where the mental healthcare fails individuals.
When will the Accused Season 1 finale air on FOX?
FOX has set the Accused Season 1 finale date for Tuesday, May 9. This is relatively early for a season finale on FOX, but the network hasn’t stuck to the regular TV schedule this year. Just look at how The Resident and Alert: Missing Persons Unit wrapped their seasons earlier this year.
Accused Season 1 has 15 episodes. Each episode tells a different story. There are some downsides to this, as there are some stories that I’d love to get more details on. I’d love to see the aftermath of the decisions by the jurors or the court.
There is going to be a second season. FOX is happy with the ratings, and it wants to continue these standalone storylines. It’s possible that due to the anthology setup that the show is a little cheaper to produce than some of the other shows on the network, so the slightly lower ratings on Tuesdays aren’t anything to worry too much about.
The Accused Season 1 finale airs on Tuesday, May 9. Catch up on the series on Hulu.
