We would love to see the new cases on the islands, but that’s not going to happen any time soon. NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 is on a break until May.

As much as we would love to watch the team work on new cases, that’s not going to be the case for the rest of April. Jane Tennant and her team are taking some weeks off from new cases.

CBS is not going to air new episodes of NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 for the rest of the month. You will have noticed the lack of new episode last night, Monday, April 17. There is also going to be a break on Monday, April 24.

This break is purely due to scheduling reasons. It’s also very normal to have it this time of year. Just look at Chicago PD on NBC taking the rest of the month off, too. When will the series return with new episodes?

When is NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 back in May?

We know there will be new episodes airing in May. The question is when in May. Well, there isn’t that long to wait.

NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 will air new episodes on Monday, May 1. This current break is the last one in the schedule. We have a full run of episodes throughout the month of May, with the finale airing on Monday, May 22. This is a two-part finale, so you’ll need to tune in for the episode the week before to catch the entire story.

The good news is that this is not the final season. CBS confirmed earlier this year that Season 3 will happen. We’re sure to see it remain in the fall, but we’re waiting for the CBS Upfronts presentation in May to find out for sure.
