We’ve already gone a couple of weeks without a new episode of Chicago PD. The entire One Chicago lineup has aired reruns. What’s going on tonight, Wednesday, April 26?
Well, there’s still a night of no new episodes of all three Chicago shows. What’s even worse for a lot of fans is that there won’t be reruns to start the night. If you’re a bigger fan of Intelligence over the other three shows, there is at least a rerun of that.
When will Chicago PD return with new episodes on NBC?
We did warn everyone about this break. Even NBC warned everyone about this break. After the most recent episode, a promo shared that the show would be off the air for the rest of April. There will be a new episode on Wednesday, May 3.
The good news is that this is the last break in the schedule. It’s all linked to scheduling and making sure episodes have been through post-production. After this, there will be four episodes that run week after week. Of course, then there is the summer break.
At least we have good news going into the last four episodes of the season. Chicago PD will be back for its 11th season. There will just be a few less episodes than normal as NBC looks for ways to save money.
The new episode on Wednesday will see Atwater’s dad return. He is somehow connected to a child who has gone missing. Is Atwater’s dad up to something, or just trying to help the kid?
