We are onto The Rookie Season 5 finale. Of course, that means a huge episode that sees lives on the line. There is a lot going on. It starts with Juarez and Thorsen attacked, and it looks like it leads to an attack on Nolan and Bailey. Who is behind the masks?

This is not going to be an episode you want to skip out on. Of course, you want an idea of what’s going on before you go into the episode, though.

The promo gives us a good idea of what’s going on in the final episode of the season. Thorsen’s life is on the line after he and Juarez are attacked. It looks like they’re attacked while they’re off duty. If this is targeted, it means that someone is following them both.

After that, the attack is at Nolan’s home. Nolan goes outside only to realize that it’s a trap. Did Bailey get a call to 911 before being attacked?

It looks like everyone will need to be vigilant. They all seem to be at the end of some close and targeted called, which would suggest that these masked assailents want something. Are they connected to a previous case? Maybe they’re linked to something bigger to come in The Rookie Season 6?

Going into this episode, we do know that the show has been renewed. This may be the Season 5 finale, but it is definitely not a series finale.
