The synopsis tells us more about the case that is going on. It’s a murder investigation, and this one is hitting close to Torres’s home. Does this mean it involves people from his past, or is it literally in his neighborhood?
Voight is keeping a close eye on Torres during this. Can we just mention how he’s kept close tabs on others in the past just to make sure they’re protected? It doesn’t necessarily mean he doesn’t trust them. That being said, Voight wants his team to be honest with him.
