With the way the previous episode ended, we need more FBI: International right now. Will there be a new episode tonight, Tuesday, May 30?

There is no doubt that we need a new episode of the series right now. The previous episode left us questioning every single human member of the team. Will any of them make it out alive? The only member of the team who seemed safe was Tank, who was far enough away from the explosion, although we may see him turn up to help find Forrester.

The bad news is we don’t get to know if anyone will make it out alive just yet. There isn’t a new episode of the series on tonight. The previous episode was the climactic Season 2 finale, and now we have a wait for the next episode.

When will FBI: International Season 3 premiere on CBS?

This cliffhanger wasn’t written with risk. CBS had confirmed FBI: International would be renewed for two seasons last year, which meant the writers knew they could create a cliffhanger that would have a resolution in the new season.

Usually, that new season would premiere in September 2023. The series is remaining in the fall schedule, and it will remain on Tuesdays with the other two FBI shows. However, there is something that will likely prevent a September start. It’s all about the writers strike.

Scripts haven’t been written yet. The FBI: International writers were set to head into the writers room in June, but if the strike goes on into next month (and it looks like it will) that’s not going to happen. Without scripts, production can’t start. We run the risk of not getting any scripted shows until 2024 at this point, but let’s not blame the writers here. Blame the studios that won’t pay the writers fairly for the creative work they do.

Next. Will anyone survive in FBI: International?. dark
