While Season 4 didn’t end with a major cliffhanger, it doesn’t mean we want to wait too long for FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. When will it premiere on CBS?

Remy managed to get closure when it came to his brother’s murder. He managed to get to the bottom of it, and this opened up his chance to meet a new family member. It turns out his brother’s girlfriend was pregnant at the time of his death.

Now we are ready for more. While there wasn’t a cliffhanger ending, it doesn’t mean we want a long break from the Fugitive Task Force. When will the team be back? Will we get to see new episodes before 2023 comes to an end?

When will FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 premiere on CBS?

CBS is happy with the show’s performance. It and the other two FBI shows are set to return in the fall. They will remain on Tuesday nights with Most Wanted ending the night.

That doesn’t mean we’ll get new episodes in 2023, though. The writers strike is still ongoing, and this is going to push back all of production. On top of that, there’s a chance that the actors will go on strike, and that will further hamper production.

Production needed to start in July for a September premiere date. If it’s pushed back a couple of months, that could mean a November premiere date, similar to what we got in the pandemic. However, CBS may opt for its strike-proof schedule that it likely has in its back pocket. ABC opted for this immediately, but CBS hoped for the best. It could mean scripted shows are pushed to 2024.
