Is FBI: International Season 3 coming to CBS in 2023?

With the way things ended with the Season 2 finale, we need FBI: International Season 3 immediately. Will we get to see it in 2023?

We are certainly ready to see what’s coming next. The FBI: International Season 2 finale left us with lives on the line. An explosion in the building where the Fly Team’s office is put all but Tank’s life on the line. At least Tank was a good boy and stayed when he was told to.

The benefit of a two-season renewal is that cliffhanger endings aren’t as annoying. We know that we’ll get a resolution to the cliffhanger as there is another season coming. Now our eyes are on when that season will arrive.

Is FBI: International Season 3 returning in fall 2023?

CBS usually puts the FBI shows on in the fall, but is this happening this year? Will we get to watch FBI: International Season 3 in 2023?

There isn’t a guaranteed answer just yet. What we do know is that CBS is planning on bringing the show back in the fall. However, the writers strike has delayed production. Writers needed to be back in their rooms in June to be able to start filming in July. That didn’t happen, meaning filming is being pushed back.

On top of that, we may see the actors go on strike in July. That will further push back production, and it’s going to have a knock-on effect on a September premiere date. There is a chance that we could still see shows back before 2023 comes to an end, but there is also a chance CBS will bring in alternate programming for the rest of the year.

ABC has already pushed all scripted programming to 2024. We could see CBS have no choice but to do the same.
