Accused Season 2 is not coming to FOX in July 2023

Accused Season 2 is happening, but we have to wait for it. It won’t be a surprise to many to hear that it won’t arrive in July 2023. When can we expect it?

It was great news when FOX confirmed that the anthology series Accused would be back. Based on the British series of the same name, the story follows individuals who are facing trial for crimes they may or may not have committed. Some of them are definitely guilty, while others are innocent or tow a fine line.

One of the great things about the series is that it exposes us to our own biases. We all have them, and by not knowing what the crimes are and whether the individuals did them or not, we get to explore what they are in ourselves. The series also shows some of the failings in the justice, health, and care systems.

We know there are more stories to tell, but they’re not happening just yet. When can we expect to see Accused Season 2 on FOX?

As of right now, we simply don’t know. During the Upfronts, FOX chose not to set a fall schedule. This was all to do with the writers strike that had just started. Nobody knew how long it would go on for and whether it would disrupt the fall schedule.

Well, it certainly has disrupted the fall schedule. It’s just not clear by how much as of yet. There is still time for 2023 premiere dates, but that time is getting shorter and shorter.

Also, this series was a midseason one to start with. It is possible that FOX decided that it was going to be a midseason series again anyway. We could have to wait until January 2024 for new episodes.
