Magnum PI has a unique episode this week that shakes up the team dynamics! Here are the Magnum PI spoilers for Season 5, Episode 14!
The last episode of Magnum PI had Magnum and Higgins hired by the owner of the best restaurant in Honolulu. He was concerned his star chef had suddenly gone missing. The pair enlisted Gordon to go undercover as a chef and were surprised he easily agreed just to cook at this place.
When the man’s girlfriend was kidnapped, Magnum and Higgins realized a gang of thieves was forcing the chef to get them access to a fancy museum gala so they could gas everyone and rob the place. Luckily, our detective heroes were able to stop the thieves and save the chef and his girlfriend. Their reward was free meals at that spot for life.
The other subplot had Kumu and Cade interviewing a man who’d been separated from his sister when they were in the Japanese-American internment camps during World War II. Moved by his tale, Cade managed to track down the sister, who sadly had died years before, but her family was eager to meet the man.
The final subplot had TC trying to aid Rick in coaching TC’s baseball team to a championship. Rick paid it back by getting the team to show up at the hospital and encouraging TC to finally take a few steps.
That was a fun turn, as this week’s episode looks better.
Magnum PI spoilers for Season 5, Episode 14
“Night Has a Thousand Eyes’ appears to have Higgins out of town on a case, so Magnum and Rick partner up on the quest to save an innocent man from prison.
"Magnum and Rick race to find a missing witness who can exonerate an innocent man accused of murder; TC tries to repair his relationship with Mahina after being released from the VA."
It should be fun watching Magnum and Rick together and Gordon no doubt having issues with this dynamic. It’s also good to see Mahina again as TC is trying to get his life back on track and thankfully healing up well from his injuries.
This should make for a fun episode as Magnum PI continues its last run of episodes.
Magnum PI airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on NBC. Stream the following day on Peacock.
