What's wrong with Paul in 911: Lone Star season 5, episode 4? (Preview)
It’s Paul’s first shift as the new lieutenant of the 126 in 911: Lone Star season 5, episode 4. Things aren’t looking good for him.
In the previous episode, Owen finally made a decision on the position of lieutenant. Well, Marjan also helped with that as she made it clear that Paul was the right fit. Whether Paul’s name was on the paper or not, he’s the one who gets the promotion. How will he do?
Is Paul injured in 911: Lone Star season 5, episode 4?
The promo for the episode hints that Paul is suffering with some sort of injury. He struggles getting up the stairs of an apartment building with the drill, and then he seems to collapse as he’s drilling into the wall. It’s clear that he doesn’t want to admit that he’s in pain, but what’s happened?
We then get a clip of Owen questioning whether he made a mistake by promoting Paul. This likely isn’t linked to the fact that he’s injured in some way. It’s more likely linked to the fact that he didn’t tell anyone that he was injured. By not admitting it, it could cost lives and put someone else in danger.
There’s a woman who has gone into labor and she needs a blood transfusion. The problem is that she seems to be trapped in the elevator, and the only way through is to drill into he wall. With Paul not admitting things, this woman can die.
Meanwhile, the synopsis tells us that Cassandra will make an appearance. Tommy agreed that she needed to meet Cassandra in the end. Of course, the dinner is going to go wrong. Is that because of the kids, or is Cassandra going to be one of those women who is impossible to get along with. There’s usually a reason someone is an ex, right? And we know Cassandra works for the IRS, so that’s going to mean some fun conversations!
