911 season 8, episode 5 had an early title release due to it airing a week before Halloween and the preview has us worried! After the last episode saw Hen and Karen reuniting with their daughter Mara, it looks like 911 has some difficulties in store for the family. Needless to say, we’re more than a little worried!

In the promo for the episode, we see the 118 dressed up in various costumes, such as the Wilson family dressed as characters from The Wizard of Oz and Bobby in a vampire costume. However, the promo takes a stunning turn when one of the emergencies involves Hen and Karen’s son, Denny.

What sorts of Halloween adventures will the 118 have in 911 season 8, episode 5?

From the looks of the promo, Denny was hit by a vehicle while trick-or-treating. Hen looks on in horror as she yells out that he needs blood. We really hope Denny will be okay because after almost losing their daughter, they cannot go through another scare with their oldest!

The synopsis shares another arc that we’re looking forward to. It suggests that Buck is eager to set up Halloween decorations, but they become scarier than he first imagined. Is it possible that he inadvertently scares Jee if she comes over and sees them? If it’s at the loft, which we have not seen him in yet, could there be something wrong at his apartment and he is hallucinating that something is off?

Even though we have no idea what is in store, this episode is sure to bring some Halloween laughs while also scaring us with what is going on with Denny. We just hope he will be okay because frankly, Hen and Karen have suffered enough.

Plus, we’ll be interested to see how Eddie is doing without Christopher on Halloween. They have always enjoyed the holidays together. With the last episode having Eddie discuss not being able to be with him, we wonder if this will lead into Eddie finally taking steps to resolve things with Christopher in person.

Since Buck’s arc was only teased in the synopsis, there are so many ways this could play out for him as well. Will it just be something fun that happens at work or will his decorations be related to his home? And will we eventually see him with his boyfriend, Tommy, since we only got to see him in the first episode so far? There is so much we’re looking forward to and hopefully we get some of it in this episode!

Based on spoiler photos from the episode, it looks like Buck is dealing with some strange welts on his face. Could this be some sort of skin condition or is something spooky afoot, especially if it involves some Halloween tricks? We're excited to see how this Halloween episode fares for him!
