What to expect in the Law & Order: SVU season 27 premiere
The first episode of the season brings a horrific case for the team, that sees them focus on protecting their key witness. The squad needs to get justice for a rape victim when they find the suspect, who is sure to do whatever they can to protect themselves from facing the consequences of their actions.
Meanwhile, Benson is put to the test when there’s a new chief of detectives rolling in to the precinct. At the same time, it looks like Fin could end up facing a dangerous situation while off duty, as he steps in to stop an assault. Could this put his life on the line?
