The FBI: Most Wanted series finale date is set at CBS

We're not ready to say goodbye, but the FBI: Most Wanted series finale date is set.
“Footsteps” – The Fugitive Task Force launches into full gear after multiple bombings appear to be targeting retired NYPD officers. Also, Ray decides he’s ready to take the next step in his relationship with Cora, on FBI: MOST WANTED, Tuesday, Feb. 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). The time is almost here to say goodbye to another beloved series. FBI: Most Wanted is coming to an end after six seasons, and no, we’re not ready for it either.

However, as May approaches, we know that it’s finale season. CBS has set the dates for all its current shows, and that includes the FBI: Most Wanted series finale date. There is even a small tease of what to expect in the storyline.

When will the FBI: Most Wanted season 6 finale air?

When the finale was originally written, it was as a season finale. However, CBS opted to cancel the show, and now the finale has been reworked as a series finale. We’ll need to wait and see if it actually works as that, as a lot of the time, it just doesn’t. You can feel the rush to add closure to storylines.

There is still a bit to go before we say goodbye. FBI: Most Wanted’s series finale will air on Tuesday, May 20. This is the same night as the other two shows in the franchise.

What to expect in the FBI: Most Wanted series finale

CBS hasn’t revealed too much about this show’s finale, unlike the other two. We know that the team will need to take down a rogue government operative who is threatening domestic terrorism. This is sure to have everyone’s head on a swivel, as they look out for any signs that they have been compromised. Who can they trust when there’s a rogue government operative out there?

As you can see, there aren’t many details about the episode as a whole. There are a lot of questions about how this series will end, and I know a lot of people are ready to see Sheryll Barnes take over as the leader of the Fugitive Task Force. In fact, the series has already set up a perfect retirement storyline for Remy Scott to open up the position for Barnes.

FBI: Most Wanted airs on Tuesdays at 10/9c on CBS. Catch up the following day on Paramount+.
