NBC is making some temporary changes to its Thursday night schedule. For one week and one week only, Found is going to change nights. This is something you need to be prepared for, because NBC hasn’t made a lot of noise about it.
The news about Found switching nights for a week came as more of an after-thought in news about the Law & Order franchise. It shows just how little NBC thinks of this important series, and it certainly shows that the series is at high risk of being canceled.
Found will air on Monday for one week in April
Make sure you have the week of Monday, April 14 in your diary. Found won’t air an episode on Thursday that week. Instead, it will air on Monday, April 14 at 10/9c.
Why is this? Well, Law & Order: Organized Crime season 5 is getting a linear outing for its premiere on Thursday, April 17. This is despite NBC moving the series to Peacock for its fifth season. The linear slots have become popular for a lot of networks and a lot of shows. Throughout April, Paradise fans will get to watch the series on ABC, and NBC has aired The Day of the Jackal on linear before.
The news about Found was just buried under a lot of information about Law & Order crossovers and the linear airing of Organized Crime. It shows the thought process about Found.

Found will then move back to Thursdays
I think I could have accepted a move to Monday nights on a permanent basis. This tends to be a stronger night than Thursdays at 10 p.m. However, the move is purely for one week.
The episode after that will then air on Thursday, April 24. It will be back behind the two Law & Order shows, making it clear that Organized Crime season 5 is only getting a premiere linear outing.
Make sure you let your friends know about the change. We’ll be here to remind you as well closer to the time!
Found airs on Thursdays at 10/9c on NBC. Catch up the following day on Peacock.
