Riley and Shaw will go up against a serial bomber in Law & Order season 24, episode 4. Are you ready for another intense episode.
Riley had a lot to deal with in the previous episode. His brother ended up being a hostile witness, and Riley had to make some choices that would lead to a complete breakdown in their relationship. Riley had to put the innocent people first.
Now it’s time to move onto a politically-charged storyline. This one involves a serial bomber.
A bomber targets doctors in Law & Order season 24, episode 4
In this episode, doctors are at risk. Most specifically, any doctor who offers women full control over their reproductive rights. I said it was a politically-charged episode. We know that this topic is constantly coming up when it comes to political campaigns.
And note that this is not just about the abortion issue. This is about all reproductive rights. It will include contraception, surgical needs, and more. A serial bomber isn’t happy with these doctors, and that would suggest that it’s someone who either feels betrayed by their partner or former partner, or it’s someone who just doesn’t agree with females having bodily autonomy.
We only know it’s the doctor because of the promo. The synopsis leaves us wondering whether the attack is on the doctor or on an author. Riley and Shaw will need to get to the bottom of that, while Price and Maroun decide how to get murder charges to stick when the victim is still breathing.
Check out the promo and synopsis for Law & Order season 24, episode 4:
"When a pipe bomb rips through a brownstone, Shaw and Riley must determine which of its inhabitants, a controversial author or a fertility doctor, was the target. Price and Maroun try to bring murder charges against the suspect, even though the victim is still breathing"
