Someone forged a document in Matlock season 1, episode 8 (Preview)
Matty is about to find something surprising in Matlock season 1, episode 8. Senior likely had nothing to do with her daughter’s death.
Since the beginning of the series, Matty has been on a mission to find out who fought for the drug companies to keep oxy on the streets. If it wasn’t for that, her daughter, Ellie, may still be alive. It looked like it was Senior who was involved in it all, but Matty is about to learn something and be thrown for a loop.
It will push us into the new year with a lot of questions. Who really is responsible in the law firm?
Senior’s signature was forged in Matlock season 1, episode 8
The promo tells us that the winter finale will bring us a major secret. Senior was away at the time that document was signed for. Matty had spent a whole episode trying to get everyone’s signatures, and she managed to point it all to Senior. Now it turns out that someone forged his signature.
That means someone in the firm knew that they were doing the wrong thing. They wanted to make sure it all fell back on Senior if something came up. Who would want to do that?
Now Matty will be back on Julian and Olympia. She’ll hope that it’s not Olympia considering how friendly the two have become. They don’t want to admit they’re becoming friends yet, but they are, and Matty is already starting to feel guilty.
I have a feeling that it’s going to turn out to be Julian. He was likely looking for a way to oust his dad and likely thought this was the way.
This is sure to have a knock-on effect for Matty, though. She felt like she was getting closer, and now she’ll feel like she’s back at the drawing board.
Check out the promo and synopsis for Matlock season 1, episode 8:
"YouThree help Olympia defend a defamed nanny at her children’s school. Also, Matty is on a stressful hunt for an important document on the Wellbrexa case."
