Is it possible that Senior is onto Matty and Olympia? That would certainly seem to be the case if the promo for Matlock season 2 episode 6 means anything.
Up to this point, the focus has been on keeping Julian in the dark. He is sure that Matty was the one behind the leak, and he wants Olympia to find out with him to help protect himself from the Wellbrexa scandal. Well, there’s a problem, because Olympia is also working with Matty.
However, Olympia is having second thoughts, as she feels guilty about what she’s doing to Julian. In Matlock season 2 episode 5, she made it clear to Matty that she wants to take down Senior sooner.
You can’t miss when you take a shot at the king
With everything sped up, Matty knows that there is an even bigger risk. If you take a shot at a king, you better not miss. After all, that king is going to be after you once that happens. The guards go up, even if the king doesn’t know tried to take him down.
So, Matty is worried in Matlock season 2 episode 6, and she shouldn’t be the only one. Olympia has to know that this is a huge risk if they strike before they’re ready.
They’re not the only ones looking to take the man down, though. Eva also wants to take her ex-husband down. At least, that’s the way it seems, but is it possible that she is secretly working with Senior? I don’t think so. I genuinely think she wants to take down the king to take the crown for herself. There’s always a bigger endgame.
What does Senior want with Sarah in Matlock season 2 episode 6?
It’s possible that Senior is onto all of them anyway. He goes to Sarah in the promo, asking for a favor. She’s as shocked as everyone to find out that he wants this, but it’s likely because he knows that she is definitely not in on any plot to bring him down.
The synopsis tells us that Olympia is also being pulled in to this project. Is it something to do with Matty or Wellbrexa? Or is this something to do with Eva being back in town? It’s hard to tell, as Senior is still a bit of an enigma. However, he’s smart enough to surround himself with the right people, and he can also manipulate well. That’s probably why he’s turning to Sarah for this.
