A diplomatic mission takes a turn in NCIS season 22, episode 2. This is not an episode you’ll want to miss.

We spend a lot of time in NCIS focusing on different federal agencies in the country. There’s also a focus on murders. Every now and then, we get an episode that could threaten international diplomacy.

Vance takes the lead in NCIS season 22, episode 2

Based on the synopsis for the episode, it looks like we’ll get more focus on Vance. He is set to host diplomatic talks with Venezuela. This is already going to be tricky enough, so the last thing Vance needs is for something to happen.

Well, that something happens. It would not an exciting episode of NCIS make otherwise, right? The episode sees one of the Venezuela’s inside men. This could shatter relations completely. When it comes to these sorts of situations, there’s always someone in the government that is trying to foil it all, right? That’s usually the case, to be honest.

The team has just 24 hours to get to the bottom of the situation. They need to find the murderer and without anyone else knowing what they’re doing. This needs to remain completely out of the papers so that it doesn’t ruin the talks.

I do wonder if we’ll get some sort of personal storyline for Vance in all of this. He’s the one who is taking front and center in hosting the talks, so that would make sense. However, the show isn’t hinting at that just yet. Instead, the focus is on the diplomatic mission involved.
