It's Friday night, and once again, there is a chance to the CBS schedule. When will NCIS: Sydney return with new episodes?

As the end of another TV season is in sight, we want to know when new episode of our favorite shows will air. NCIS: Sydney went on a break last week, but will there be a new episode on tonight, Friday, March 28?

There is some bad news for fans of the series. The entire Friday night lineup is off again. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, but it is a little annoying not to get a new episode. You’ll need to turn to Paramount+ to watch an episode of the series, as there isn’t even a rerun on tonight.

Why isn’t NCIS: Sydney on tonight?

You can blame sports again for the break. The 2025 NCAA Basketball Tournament continues on CBS. Yes, it’s all about March Madness, and we’re used to that this time of year, right? In some good news, the tournament is almost over for those who want their regular programming back.

This break is a good thing for the schedule, though. There was going to be a break anyway due to when the finale date is set. At least the break is due to sports and not just a weird week off to air a rerun.

CBS has set the date for the NCIS: Sydney season 2 finale. That will air on Friday, April 25, following by the two-hour season finale of Fire Country season 3. There will be a few more weeks of SWAT.

When will NCIS: Sydney return with new episodes?

You want to know when the series will return after this break, though. The good news is there isn’t long to wait now. NCIS: Sydney season 2 will return on Friday, April 4, with an episode titled “Breathless.”

When a U.S. Navy choice singer dies in a suspicious way, the team realizes they have more to deal with than the usual suspects. A pop star was singing with the choir, and now that pop star’s obsessed fans are circling around the case. This is sure to make the work much harder than it needs to be, and it does beg the question of whether a fan had something to do with the murder.

NCIS: Sydney is available to stream on Paramount+ to catch up on episodes.
