The Fly Team is taking a night off tonight, March 25 (When is FBI: International back?)

FBI: International won't air a new episode tonight, Tuesday, March 25. Here's all you need to know about the return of the series.
“They Paid More” – When a bus full of American volunteers is hijacked in a dangerous section of Morocco, the Fly Team works to locate the missing aid workers and the people who kidnapped them, on FBI: INTERNATIONAL, Tuesday, Dec. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). We would love to check in on the latest case the Fly team is involved in, but that’s not happening tonight, Tuesday, March 25. The good news is that this is a short break in the FBI: International schedule.

Many of us are still reeling from the disappointing news that FBI: International has been canceled. There are a lot of wishes that we’d like to see happen in the final episodes, but it’s going to be difficult to fit it all in. However, there is a bit of time since some of the production is still happening.

Why is FBI: International on a break this week?

In fact, production is the reason for the break. Well, that and scheduling. There are only so many episodes to a season, and they need to stretch to the finales airing in May. On top of that, production needs more time to get through the final episodes before being able to air them, so a break now allows for that.

Usually, with a break like this, we’d see a rerun of the series. That’s not happening tonight, though. While CBS will start with a rerun of FBI, there is a move to reruns of Watson afterward. The reruns of Watson do make sense as the series is still on the bubble and CBS will want to get more eyes on the series. It’s just disappointing for us as fans of FBI: International.

Meanwhile, CBS has already decided to cancel FBI: International, so there isn’t the push to get eyeballs on the series. We’re just hoping the show comes to an end in a satisfactory way.

The Kill Floor
“The Kill Floor” – A member of the Fly Team goes missing as the hunt for Greg Csonka continues in Paris. Meanwhile, Vo’s life hangs in the balance after being shot, on FBI: INTERNATIONAL, Tuesday, Jan. 28 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. When will FBI: International return with new episodes?

So, how long is this break going to be? This is where we have some great news, as the break isn’t that long at all. It will last just a week, with a new episode airing on Tuesday, April 1. No, this is not an April Fools’ prank.

There is a promo for the new episode out, which indicates that the Fly Team is on a major case and in danger. Smitty is shot during the promo, but will the team be able to getto her in time. The team has just dealt with the near loss of Vo, and the near loss of Raines wasn't even that long ago in the season 3 premiere. This is going to be an intense episode.

FBI: International airs on Tuesdays at 9/8c on CBS.
