CSI: Vegas Season 3 lands a September DVD release date

The end of the summer brings DVD releases. One of those is the third and final season of CSI: Vegas.

“Shell Game” – The CSI team investigates a case where an ambitious investigative reporter is found dead at a peanut factory. Also, everyone in the crime lab buzzes over who Max will promote to day shift supervisor, on CSI: VEGAS, Thursday, May 11 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+*. No, the world of DVD is not dead. There are many reasons to grab the DVDs of your favorite shows and movies, so you’ll want to pay attention to the CSI: Vegas Season 3 DVD release date.

The third season has become the final one. After getting off to a rough start in the linear ratings, CBS canceled the series. While there was originally going to be a cliffhanger ending to set up events for Season 4, that was scrapped as the cancellation news came in. This allowed for some closure to the series, which is still a bug bear as an NCIS: Hawaii fan.

There doesn’t yet seem to be a “Complete Series” boxset available, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. We usually see all seasons together for those who didn’t choose to get the individual seasons.

CSI: Vegas Season 3 DVD release date

The official release date for the CSI: Vegas Season 3 DVD is Tuesday, Sept. 3. This is about standard for broadcast shows. This allows time to stream everything throughout the summer. When shows are returning, a late August or early September release date allows for people to catch up on seasons before the premieres.

While it isn’t the case that CSI: Vegas is coming back, the franchise isn’t necessarily dead. It’s good to know that we can get the full season at the usual time for broadcast shows.

It is worth pre-ordering releases from your favorite online store. I tend to go for Amazon, which offers the price guarantee. This means that it doesn’t matter how much you agree to pay at the time of pre-order. You’ll get whatever the lowest price is up to the release date.

Of course, all three seasons are available to stream on Paramount+. If you don’t want the DVD or you want to wait for the Complete Series, the streamer is the place to turn to watch all episodes.
