The CSI: Vegas team needs to figure out if John is guilty or innocent in the Season 3 premiere
CSI: Vegas will be returning in February 2024 and so far it will be a doozy of a premiere! When Season 2 ended, one of the CSIs was accused of murder, and now it will be up to the team to figure out their guilt or innocence.
Josh Folsom (Matt Lauria) lost his mother to homicide and ended up investigating the crime with the help of Trey (Daniel Di Tomasso), an old friend.
However, when the actual murderer, Kahn Schefter, turned up dead, Josh was arrested for the crime. While he told the team that he had found the killer, does that mean he was the one responsible?
When Season 3 premieres on Sunday, Feb. 18, the team will look into whether he committed the murder. Titled “The Reaper,” the episode will follow along as “the CSI team combs through every crumb of forensic evidence to determine his innocence or guilt.”
Will Josh be found guilty or innocent when CSI: Vegas Season 3 premieres?
In an interview, Lauria didn’t deny the possibility that his character “could have done it,” but whether it is true needs to be looked into.

The series also stars Paula Newsome, Mandeep Dhillon, Jay Lee, Ariana Guerra, Lex Medlin, Sarah Gilman, and Marg Helgenberger.
In addition to the returning cast, a new cast addition came in the form of Reggie Lee from All Rise. He will play the role of Zhao, the new LVMPD undersheriff.
With the heightened tension surrounding Josh’s arrest and a new undersheriff in town, Season 3 of CSI: Vegas is set to be jam-packed with plenty of stories to tell!
If you haven’t caught up on season 2, especially the finale, the episodes are available on Paramount+. Is Josh guilty? We’ll find out when the show returns to CBS on Feb. 18 at 10/9c.
