The conspiracy of Stuart House got bigger in Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2, Episode 9. Like Damien, it looks like Jade has realized how much she has been played.

We got a few more answers about the conspiracy in the new episode. The biggest reveal was where the money came from. Garcia managed to track it all down thanks to her program called Penny. Penny managed to connect everyone to a man named Church.

Sure enough, Church is one step ahead of the BAU. It’s also clear that he is manipulating the teens, and he’s sure to be the one who has used the white paper to his own advantage. However, he has zero loyalty to anyone. He is just a cult leader who wants everyone to love him.

Jade does the right thing in Criminal Minds: Evolution

One thing this season has done is show that people can be manipulated to do bad things. That’s what happened to Jade and Damien. In the previous episode, Damien realized that he had been lied to. Everything he had done was due to that lie, and it hurt him to find out the truth. He couldn’t live with it.

Jade is now also learning that. As a young girl came to Jade to ask about being strapped down and blindfolded, Jade admitted that she had that “nightmare” too. It wasn’t a nightmare, though. Church has been abusing and sexuality assaulting people he has manipulated.

After years of the message to “save the children,” Jade finally gets the chance to do that legitimately. She is able to get the group of kids out of Church’s compound, and she tells them to get as far away as possible. Jade is taking down the compound once and for all. She has set up bombs, and it looks like she is going to stay there once they go off, ending her own life.

However, the BAU is on the other side, and she doesn’t know that yet. Will she press the button as Emily moves her team in? Will Emily even move her team in knowing that Church is likely to fire upon everyone? Is it time that we see UnSubs caught and then given the help that they need, especially when it comes to UnSubs like Jade who have been manipulated? Sure, she needs to be brought to justice, but she also needs psychiatric help!

I expected the end to have the explosion of the compound. It makes me wonder what’s to come in the Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2 finale.
